David A Sylvester
Managing Director & Lead Protection Officer
David is a former specialist New South Wales Police Detective with experience in Organised Crime investigation, Politically Motivated Violence investigation, Counter-terrorism investigation and Diplomatic Protection including Residential/Hotel Risk Assessments. He is also a qualified lawyer.
As a former officer, David has completed specialised departmental training in Close Personal Protection (CPP), Threat Assessment, Covert surveillance, Witness Security Threat Assessment, Detectives Training Course, Advanced Criminal Investigation, Arson Investigation and the NSW Police Anti-terror High-Speed Driving Course.
As a member of the former Police Special Branch (Diplomatic Protection Unit) & Olympic Security Strike Force, David has substantial experience in the investigation of politically motivated violence offences and associated threats. Whilst engaged in diplomatic protection duties in the NSW Police Special Branch, David was closely involved in the provision of personal security to:
* The late Princess Diana of Wales
* Pope Shenouda of Egypt
* Former U.S Presidents Bill Clinton & George W Bush
* The Princess Royal, Princess Anne (lead CPP officer during Sydney Olympics)
* And various other foreign diplomats/heads of state.
David possesses extensive experience in the provision of close personal protection to corporate/high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and their families, entertainers (film & music), sports men and women and other VIPs. Jayden B
Senior Close Protection Officer
Jayden began his career in law enforcement in May 2003 when he joined the NSW Police Force. After initial attachment at an inner Sydney local command, Jayden was selected to join the elite Tactical Operations Unit (TOU) of the State Protection Group (SPG), where he spent the last fourteen years of his career.
TOU operatives are highly specialised tactical Police primarily involved in counter terrorism operations, high risk vehicle intercepts, siege situations, firearm involved suicide interventions, as well as providing protection of high-level dignitaries. As a TOU operative, and later as an instructor, Jayden possesses extensive experience in a number of different weapons (firearms), dynamic breaching (explosives) and less lethal tactics including hand-to-hand combat.
Jayden served as the Team Leader in significant operations carried out by the TOU, notably providing protective security expertise for visiting U.S Presidents, religious leaders and other international dignitaries/world leaders.
